With years of experience in hospitality and customer service, I bring dedication, creativity, and a personal touch to everything I do. CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans can change. However, to respect our time and other clients, we kindly ask that all appointment cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 25% cancellation fee based on the total cost of the service booked. By booking an appointment, you agree to this cancellation policy.
